Accounts Receivable Analyst I20 Technologies Medley, FL 33166 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our organization and requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software. Duties Process and record incoming payments accurately and timely. Manage accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collections. Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. Negotiate payment terms with clients when necessary. Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure smooth financial operations. Maintain accurate records of all transactions in QuickBooks or similar financial software. Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and company policies regarding financial transactions. Utilize medical terminology and ICD-10 codes as needed for billing purposes in healthcare-related accounts. Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general accounting principles. Ability to analyze financial data effectively for reporting purposes. Excellent negotiation skills to manage client payment discussions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
