The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining an efficient workflow. This role requires excellent communication abilities, both in person and over the phone, as well as proficiency in various office management tools. Duties Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for phone communications, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette. Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to important documents. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff members as needed. Support team members with various office management tasks, acting as a personal assistant when necessary. Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Skills Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document creation and collaboration. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing files and records. Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required. Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy. Proven ability in office management practices and procedures. Effective time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships within the team and with clients.
