We are seeking an Accounts Receivable / Collections Clerk to manage incoming payments and follow up on past-due accounts. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients to resolve billing issues and ensure timely collections.
Responsibilities:
+ Process customer payments and apply them to accounts + Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices + Contact clients via phone or email to collect outstanding balances + Resolve billing discrepancies and update account information + Prepare and maintain accurate records of collections activities + Support the finance team with reporting and month-end tasks
Requirements Requirements:
