Who We Are… The Swatch Group is a company that specializes in watch making, watch selling and watch movements. We have 16 recognized brands in the prestige, luxury and mid range and basic categories under our umbrella. We have something for everyone! Job Description This role would be joining our Finance Corporate team. We are looking for a well seasoned candidate that has had experience with credit, collections, reconciliations, processing payments, record keeping, adjustment of credit memos and invoices, credit verifications and resolving discrepancies. Overview of Role Assist with collections of payment for services rendered by the company and any past due and upcoming balances outstanding for assigned territories. Maintain customer profiles up to date and ensure it reflects any changes or new request. Gather information needed to be able to send statements to customers in a timely manner. Keep track and record of all transactions by credit card and providing the receipts when needed. Help settle any chargebacks or deductions by appointed date. Avert bad debt losses to the business Relationship build with our retailers and various brands to help find resolutions to any credit needs that may arise. Help create actions plans for monthly Accounts Receivable reconciliations. Will entail daily collections and reviewing of holds.
