Aderant/3Elite software experience is required. Duties Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy in billing details. Conduct account reconciliation to verify that all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly. Utilize Aderant/3elite software Maintain comprehensive records of billing activities and customer interactions for future reference. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding billing issues or discrepancies. Qualifications Proven experience in legal billing. Experience with Aderant/3Elite is required. Strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles and practices. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player within the finance department. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
