Full-Time We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Billing and Collections Specialist to join our dynamic radiology practice. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in medical collections, with a particular focus on denial management , insurance follow-up, and patient payment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage insurance and patient collections, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans. Analyze and resolve denied claims efficiently. Reach out to patients with unpaid balances and assist with setting up payment plans. Post payments accurately to patient accounts. Collaborate with internal team to ensure clean claim submissions and timely reimbursement.

Qualifications:

Experience in medical billing and collections , especially in denial resolution. Familiarity with insurance portals for Medicare, Medicaid, and major commercial payers. Working knowledge of

ICD-10, CPT

codes , and proper billing practices. Experience with auto and workers’ compensation claims . Proficiency in billing software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Excellent communication skills— fluent in English, written and spoken . Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member . Radiology billing experience is a strong plus.
