Law firm in the Orlando area is looking for a BillingCoordinator. Please see details of the position below. Salary up to50K. The firm offers full medical, dental, vision, and 401K plan.
Parking is also paid. ” Compile and bill attorney hours to clients on a monthlybasis. ” Review and edit proformas in response to attorney and secretaryrequests. ” Execute complex bills in a timely manner (i.e., multiplediscounts by matter, split party billing, preparation of electronicbills). ” Review and verify accuracy of high volume billing and supportingdocumentation as required. ” Create and print final client billing. ” Utilize computerized accounting software programs to performduties and responsibilities. ” Operate office equipment including personal computer, copier, faxmachine and 10-key calculator.
Requirements:
” High school diploma or GED with 2-4 years of related experience.
Previous experience in a law firm environment required. ” Solid billing experience utilizing Elite Enterprise required. 3Ebilling experience highly desirable. ” High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including astrong working knowledge of Excel. ” Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality and handlesensitive information. ” Ability to organize work flow, utilize time efficiently, showstrong attention to detail and perform at a high level in a fastpaced ever changing work environment. ” Anticipate work needs and follow through with minimumdirection. ” Strong interpersonal communication skills necessary in order tomaintain effective relationships with attorneys and staff, as wellas external contacts, in person, by e-mail and telephone.
