Position Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Billing Department Team Member who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist with invoice processing, customer account maintenance, and billing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies Maintain and update customer billing records Respond to billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) Proficient with basic computer programs (especially Microsoft Excel)
