What’s the Job?
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and overcharges from hotel suppliers via email and phone.
Manage and resolve virtual credit card disputes by working through a case queue.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external suppliers to support accurate and timely resolution of disputes.
Analyze anomalies in billing and provide thoughtful resolutions that support financial accuracy.
Identify and recommend opportunities for system and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
What’s Needed?
Experience with investigating and resolving virtual credit card (VCC) disputes Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage suppliers and internal teams.
A quick learner ready to grasp systems, processes, and procedures.
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Experience with Excel/Google Workspace and Salesforce (CRM) strongly preferred.
Ability to problem solve and work on several projects simultaneously while maintaining quality work.
Prefer hotel experience
