Salary:
$55,000 – $65,000 (Direct Hire) Are you an experienced legal billing professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Legal Billing Specialist to join our team in Orlando, FL. This is a full-time, in-office position with a well-established legal team that values accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process electronic billing (e-billing) for multiple clients Perform light bookkeeping duties and reconcile trust accounts Maintain accurate records and perform regular trust balancing Open new client matters and conduct conflict checks Work with spreadsheets to track billing and reporting Ensure compliance with internal billing guidelines and client requirements
Qualifications:
Prior experience in legal billing is required Proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or similar tools) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Familiarity with trust accounting and e-billing platforms Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Apply Now!
