Medical Billing/ Collections Specialist Colonial Medical Center 717 Altaloma Ave Ste B, Orlando, FL 32803 This is a 3 month contract position. Replacing an employee who is on maternity leave. Could turn in to a long term position for the right employee. Seeking a Medical Billing/ Collections Specialist for a busy Medical/ Chiropractic practice in Orlando. You must be a highly organized and self motivated team player.
Responsibilities include:
Billing and insurance professional Accounts Receivable-AR Follow up on denials Reviewing and printing billing statements Follow up with Attorneys Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
2 plus years of Billing experience in a Medical/ Chiropractic office Exceptional knowledge of Personal Injury/ Auto Accidents Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize work in a busy practice Effective verbal and written communications skills Excellent Computer skills Goal oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
