This position reports to the Accounts Payable Team Leader and is responsible for supporting all Accounts Payable activities, with an emphasis on invoice and payment processing and a strong understanding of system controls. The ideal candidate should have a background in systems and accounting, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both vendors and internal business units. The candidate must be able to handle daily incoming work requests with a focus on urgent and critical items, and have the ability to identify, document, and support process improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing support for invoice and payment processing
• Assisting with the Accounts Payable service desk (Jira)
• Maintaining process documentation
• Supporting process improvements Preferred Skills
• Experience and knowledge of SAP Financials
• Familiarity with Jira Application
  Job Overview Employees in this role conduct basic operational analyses that support informed decision making within the business unit.

Key responsibilities include small to medium special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development. Individuals in this role apply standardized tools and techniques.
