Automotive Billing Clerk Mullinax Ford of West Palm 1210 Northlake Boulevard, West Palm Beach, FL 33403 Job Summary Mullinax Ford is currently seeking an Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team of professionals. Essential Responsibilities (not limited to): Responsible for the entire billing process and able to research and/or resolve any issues that may arise. Post new and used deals to accounting Reconcile Schedules Ensure timely enrollment of all finance product sales Various tasks to assist the accounting office activities in support of the other Sales oriented departments of the dealership. Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees as needed Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications:

Must be proficient in CDK Drive and/or ADP. Must have flexibility to work an occasional night when necessary due month end and workload needs. Must be dependable and detailed Must be accustomed to working under strict deadlines. In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping theories and practices. Ability to handle responsibilities independently, with minimum supervision. Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word. Excellent written, verbal and communication skills. Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively with them. Prior automotive billing experience required.
