This includes processing invoices and other billing documents accurately and efficiently, verifying the accuracy of billing information, resolving any discrepancies or errors, and communicating with customers to resolve billing -related issues or answer questions.

Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities:

 Processing invoices and other billing documents accurately and efficiently  Ensuring that all billing information is entered correctly into the accounting and dealerships software systems  Verifying the accuracy of billing information and resolving any discrepancies  Process the accounts receivables and ensure timely payments from customers  Maintain organized and accurate billing records and filing systems
