Position Overview:
This is a 1099 contractor position based in-office Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM . Major holidays off and PTO days included Individual health insurance Salary commensurate with experience Room for financial growth and career advancement as our company continues to 10X over the next three years Knowledge of Medicare billing a plus

Duties Include:
Code patients’ diagnoses and procedures Create invoices and prepare/submit insurance claims Track payments and follow up with insurance companies and patients Collect outstanding payments via credit card as needed Report collection issues weekly to the supervisor Correct rejected claims and submit secondary claims Maintain accurate, complete billing information Respond promptly and professionally to patient billing inquiries by phone and email
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of HIPAA and compliance best practices Proficient in ICD-10 and medical coding systems Knowledge of medical billing procedures and collection practices Experience navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems Credentialing experience is a major plus Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, insurance companies, and team members Why Join Us?
