Collections/Foreclosure Legal Assistant/Paralegal Shir Law Group Boca Raton, FL 33431 Collections/Foreclosure Paralegal or Legal Assistant Job SummaryBoca Raton Condominium/Homeowner/Cooperative Association law firm looking for paralegal/legal assistant with 3+ years’ experience handling collections and foreclosure actions on behalf of HOAs, Condos, and Co-ops. Ideal candidate must be able to take case from demand process through foreclosure sale.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of collection demand letters Communicate with clients and property managers Communicate with homeowners Reviewing association account ledgers and entering data into computer. Assist attorney with foreclosure actions
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience handling collections and foreclosure actions on behalf of HOAs, Condos, and Co-ops. Skills and Abilities Excellent writing skills Excellent communication skills Organized Energetic Professional Team Player Detail Oriented Salary commensurate with experience; benefits available.
