Job Description Summary Basic Purpose A Billing Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and preparing invoices, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing data, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate records. financial and inspection teams with all customer billing support issues. This position will also play a vital role in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and reconciliation. Scope This position is responsible for creating and issuing accurate invoices to clients and maintaining accurate customer files: classifying, recording, and summarizing numerical, financial, and demographic client data in the company file database. This position is also responsible for providing excellent customer service, putting customers as the priority, and participating as needed in special department projects. Reporting and Working Relationships This position directly reports to the Billing Supervisor. Primary Responsibilities (100%) Put customers as the priority, ensuring excellence in task execution. Creates and issues invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy. Classify, record, and summarize numerical, financial, and demographic client data in company file database. Answers phones and assists caller appropriately and professionally. Participates as needed in special department projects. Work Environment/Physical Demands This position operates in a remote or professional office environment. Travel Travel is limited. Most travel will be related to regional in-person meetings.
