Description Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented temporary employee to support invoicing operations during a medical leave. This is an open-ended contract role with potential for extension.

Top Responsibilities:
+ Process customer invoices: Open completed job orders in the system, generate invoices, and send them to customers. The role is high-volume and repetitive in nature. + Convert sales orders into invoices: Ensure accuracy before sending to customers. + Handle 50-75 invoices daily (approximately 300 per week), varying by type: parts only, labor only, labor and parts, or with shipping charges. + Occasionally assist with basic customer questions or escalate to team lead as needed. + Ideal for someone with strong clerical/administrative skills and a process-driven mindset. Must be able to follow procedures accurately and work efficiently. Requirements
