Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Billing Specialist/Front Desk Agent in Dunedin, FL. The Medical Billing Specialist/Front Desk Agent will manage patient billing and insurance claims and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves handling communication with patients and insurance providers and assisting with front desk responsibilities. Qualifications ICD-10 and CPT knowledge Insurance eligibility and verification Insurance payers’ websites: Availity, UHC, Humana Military Patient payment posting Scheduling new and existing patients using NextGen EHR Account Reconciliation with patient collection HIPAA compliance Payroll processing Onboarding new hires Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare administration are a plus Salary will be compensated with experience after 90 days of employment.
