Collections and Accounts Receivable Clerk A Total Solution, Inc. 3487 Keystone Rd, Tarpon Springs, FL 34688 Job description A Total Solution, Inc. (ATS), a Fire & Security Company since 1988, has an exciting position for a motivated individual looking to have a direct impact on the cash flow and success of our company. Candidate will have at least 3 years of B2B Commercial Collections experience Additional experience in general Accounts Receivable billing highly preferred QuickBooks Desktop required Intermediate proficiency with Excel and Outlook Comfortable working with non-standard, dynamic billing and collections issues Comfortable in fast paced and high traffic office environment Experience in commercial service or construction related industries is a plus Please include resume and note salary requirements in order to be considered. Duties will include but are not limited to the following: Monitor, perform and document collection functions in QBs on overdue B2B accounts while maintaining positive customer relations Verify and resolve customers’ billing issues Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret non-standard billing process issues contributing to an open invoice Billing of service and monitoring invoices in QuickBooks Interpretation of Technician notes on services provided, as well as pricing, to ensure correct invoicing Posting cash receipts to open AR Various other clerical tasks as assigned Salary will be flexible based on the amount of experience in B2B collections
