Petersburg, seeking a dependable, accurate and mathematically-minded individual. Accounting billing software experience necessary, construction background helpful.

Duties would include:

• Monthly AIA progress billing
• Change order tracking
• AIA contract writing (info will be given)
• Enter Contracts in Sage as they are confirmed
• Enter Estimates in Sage from estimator
• Sit in weekly WIP and production meetings
• File liens when need be
• Collections
• EOM Collection report
• Occasional help with Cell phone and laptop set up
• Phone back up if receptionist is out (rarely) Software Skills and licenses helpful:
• Sage Intaact experience (can train if have other accounting software experience)
• Outlook, Word, Excel
• Microsoft 355 CRM (can train)
• SharePoint (can train)
