Full Job Description Position Overview:

EasyLiving is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient management of billing operations, including Medicaid claims, private pay invoicing, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, troubleshooting billing discrepancies, and resolving payment issues, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process Medicaid and private pay billing accurately and efficiently Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely resolution of payment delays Submit Medicaid claims, monitor EVV compliance, and reconcile payments Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for underpayments and denials Generate weekly and monthly financial reports for management review Ensure proper billing for private pay clients, and manage accounts receivable Complete payroll processing and ensure all records are accurate and timely Prepare for audits, ensuring all billing documentation is well-organized and compliant

Key Qualifications:

Previous billing experience, preferably in healthcare or Medicaid Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Proficiency with billing software (WellSky, QBO, HHAExchange, etc.) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot billing discrepancies High degree of professionalism and commitment to confidentiality Why Work at EasyLiving?
