Under limited supervision, this role will be the subject matter expert for operational processes and data quality related to billing expenses to RCS clients. Responsibilities include preparing and implementing unique pricing schedules for all RIA’s and introducing broker dealers on the RCS platform, supporting fee collection across multiple systems, and executing a QA process to ensure billing accuracy. This role requires a high degree of analytical thinking to identify and propose workflow improvements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute complex operational tasks focused on billing and data. Prepare and implement client-specific pricing schedules across multiple systems. Support RCS Division Management, RCS Service, RCS Finance, and RCS Client Engagement teams in responding to questions related to client billing. Troubleshoot and resolve operational and billing issues promptly. Maintain accurate records and documentation of billing and operational activities including contractual pricing schedules for all clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency. Support the implementation of new systems, technologies, and QA processes. Ensure appropriate documentation and departmental tools are created and maintained (e.g., job procedures, job aids, training materials). Participate in special projects as assigned. All other duties as assigned. Knowledge Of Custody and clearing platform operations and practices. Billing systems and financial operations in a broker-dealer environment. Contract pricing structures and fee schedules. Operational systems and processes within financial services. Data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI (preferred). Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL or BI tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to proactively identify, take ownership of, and resolve systemic and operational issues. Skilled in cultivating and maintaining effective working relationships. Education & Previous Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three(3) to six(6) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Proven experience in an operations support or billing-related role within financial services is preferred.
