RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data entry of new customers and update current customers in the billing system.
• Data entry of all invoicing transactions.
• Accurately prepares and issue invoices, billing statements and make adjustments to invoices and statements as needed in a timely manner.
• Review invoices and statements for completeness and accuracy prior to sending to customers.
• Process contracts and track customer accounts to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Track customer accounts to ensure that payments are made on time and any outstanding balances are collected.
• Reconcile invoices to resolve any discrepancies.
• Answer customer emails and phone calls on a daily basis with regard to any and all billing concerns.
• Answer customer calls with billing concerns.
• Consistent monitoring of customer accounts and transactions.
• Work closely with other departments resolving issues and providing clarifications.
• Programs used most frequently include Dataforma, Timberline/Sage and Microsoft Office products.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of work experience in customer service and/or a dispatching environment
• Proficient in and have working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Team-oriented + resourceful + excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Highly organized, able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible workstyle – must be able to embrace change and pivot when needed
• Great interpersonal communication skills with the ability to develop rapport with customers, vendors, and others
• Willing to work at the office in Lakeland – Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug test

Full-time Pay:

$15.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
