AP Analyst 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Savannah, GA 31415 TRC is partnering with a leading company in Savannah’s oil industry to find a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process a high volume of vendor invoices using multiple accounting systems, following established protocols. Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes for incoming invoices, payment questions, and vendor inquiries. Set up new vendor accounts and update existing records with accuracy and attention to detail. Provide timely, friendly, and professional responses to both internal and external AP-related inquiries. Proactively ensure prompt and accurate payments to vendors. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional phone and email presence. Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats. Offer general administrative support as needed to help the department run smoothly.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred. Familiarity with accounting platforms such as JD Edwards E1, PDI-Enterprise, or Concur is a plus. Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
