• ABOUT THE POSITION

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billing processes, providing exceptional customer support, and working closely with others in the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. The Billing Specialist will play a crucial role in managing billing data, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining organized records. • RESPONSIBILITIES

• + Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve billing-related issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.

+ Accurately process and manage billing data and typing documents. + Manage and organize billing files and documents in a secure and efficient manner. + Maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail. + Manage time effectively to meet billing deadlines and maintain a productive work environment. + Offer exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. + Perform other administrative tasks as required such as COI’s, lien waivers, + Offers overtime opportunities with on call schedules

• REQUIREMENTS

• + Proficiency in data entry and billing processes.

+ Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries. + Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. + Excellent organizational and administrative skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Existing plumbing knowledge is a plus.
