Ed Voyles Hyundai and Kia are seeking a Billing & Title Support Coordinator to join our growing administrative team! You’ll play a key role in supporting both the billing and title departments across our Hyundai and Kia locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process vehicle sales paperwork for billing Prepare and submit title and registration documents in a timely manner Review and verify deal jackets for completeness and compliance Assist with resolving title and billing discrepancies with internal departments, customers, and the DMV Provide flexible support to both billing and title teams based on daily operational needs
