Responsibilities:

Process insurance claims for tree care clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance company requirements. Verify coverage and eligibility with insurance providers prior to submitting claims. Collaborate with the tree care clients to gather necessary documentation and information for insurance claims. Review work orders, invoices, and photographs to support insurance claims. Prepare and submit insurance claims within designated timelines. Monitor claim statuses and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement. Communicate with insurance adjusters, agents, and clients to address billing inquiries and provide necessary documentation. Collaborate with the administrative and finance teams to maintain accurate records and documentation. Stay up-to-date with insurance regulations, industry trends, and billing best practices.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus. Familiarity with insurance billing terminology, and claim submission processes. Proficiency in using billing software and office productivity tools (e.g., IOS, Google Workspace,). Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of industry-specific safety and compliance standards. Valid driver’s license.
