What you’ll Do Partner with Global Data Governance ensuring all supplier information is accurate and up-to-date Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding portal-related inquiries and issues Assist suppliers with adoption of the portal, PO/invoice creation Provide training on portal functionalities Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and supplier information Collaborate with the accounts payable team to streamline processes and improve efficiencies Analyze portal usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures related to the supplier portal Coordinate with IT and finance teams to implement updates or enhancements to the portal Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures What Experience and Education You Need Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related financial operations Familiarity with supplier portals and electronic invoicing systems Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What Could Set You Apart Experience with Oracle, Oracle Fusion Knowledge of GAAP and other financial regulations Certification in accounts payable or finance (e.g., A/P Certification) Experience with process automation and optimization in accounts payable Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices in financial transactions Physical Requirements Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks May require travel by automobile and airplane for business May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing May require carrying loads related to travel and the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds Requires the use of various electronic tools Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
