AR Analyst x 2 Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Vaco Atlanta has a fast-paced, growing client in Duluth, GA, seeking an AR Analyst. This is a high-visibility role reducing aging receivables with a portfolio of complex accounts.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and reconcile high-volume, complex AR accounts Investigate and resolve disputes, deductions, and unapplied payments Build and maintain detailed reports using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs in Excel Communicate directly with customers to understand and resolve issues Drive improvements across the Order-to-Cash process

What You’ll Need:

5+ years of AR, reconciliation, and cash application experience (manufacturing industry preferred) Strong Excel skills—must be confident with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs Experience with ERP systems such as JDE or Oracle Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
