ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include but are not limited to the following. The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. Administration support for all billing teams, including but not limited to: scanning invoices into SAP signing invoices notarizing invoices sorting invoices mail processing emailing NIMOD invoices Monitor and manage Billing Inquiry box / Enterprise Service Management Software (ESM) by assigning tickets in ESM to billing team. Monitor bot-automation errors and report to Senior Process Specialist for troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Manage billing return mail process by researching and updating master data. Special projects as assigned for billing account reconciling and clean up Monitor, manage, and process weekly invoice archiving and missing scan report Support and assist NIMOD Team with portal monitoring Maintain list of billers assigned by office in SAP Assist in the creation and maintenance of department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and related training materials. Supports Billing team to achieve and maintain process compliance Meets or exceeds financial targets Communicates interdepartmentally to achieve financial results Performs other duties as assigned Some travel may be required It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure all work is completed on a timely basis. The Billing Adminstrator must possess good interpersonal skills in order to work effectively within a team environment and possess the ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
