Billing Representative YouDecide.com Duluth, GA 30097 • Hybrid work YouDecide.com, a leader in the Voluntary Benefit industry, is hiring a support position in their Billing and Customer Service Department. The responsibilities are Administrative/Customer Service related. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, working knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel), someone who is self-motivated with great time management and problem-solving ability. Perform daily review of billing reports and communicate with carrier partners Research and resolve billing/policy issues which have been escalated from our service center. Act as a resource for our service center to answer any payroll/billing questions they may have. Review and email daily billing notifications to members. Prior Billing Experience is not needed. YouDecide will train the appropriate candidate. This is a full time position with excellent benefits. Work schedule is 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday. This position would work closely with members of our Billing and Operations team. Salary is in the $40K+ range, depending on qualifications.
