Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist for a well-established company near Cumberland Mall. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong billing experience looking for their next opportunity with a supportive team and excellent location. Key Responsibilities:
Manage billing processes, including submission through client portals Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for various accounts Reconcile billing discrepancies and work cross-functionally to resolve issues Utilize Excel (Intermediate level) for tracking, reporting, and reconciling data Enter and manage billing information in Oracle or similar ERP systems
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of billing or invoicing experience Experience working with customer/client billing portals Familiarity with Oracle a strong plus Strong attention to detail and time management skills Comfortable with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas
