Salary:
$70,000 – $90,000per year A bit about us: We are a prestigious law firm seeking ahighly skilled and experienced E-Billing Specialist to join ourteam. This is a permanent hybrid position that will allow you towork both from the comfort of your home and in our state-of-the-artoffices. Job DetailsResponsibilities:
As an E-Billing Specialist, your responsibilitieswill encompass a broad range of tasks that are essential to ourfirm’s financial health.
These include:
1. Managing the entiree-billing process from start to finish, which includes creating,reviewing, and submitting invoices through our e-billing software.2. Preparing appeals for rejected invoices and working closely withthe relevant parties to ensure these appeals are successful. 3.Assisting in the creation of budgets and forecasts to help guideour firm’s financial strategy. 4. Utilizing your knowledge of basicaccounting principles to ensure all billing activities comply withfinancial regulations and standards. 5. Collaborating withattorneys and other members of the firm to resolve any billingissues or discrepancies. 6. Maintaining accurate records of allbilling activities and providing regular reports to management. 7.Continually seeking ways to improve our billing processes andsystems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Theideal candidate for this role will be a highly organized individualwith a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of billingprocesses within the legal industry.
The qualifications for thisrole include:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similarrole within the legal industry. 2. Proven experience with e-billingsoftware and other relevant technology. 3. Experience in preparingappeals for rejected invoices. 4. A solid understanding of basicaccounting principles. 5. Ability to create and manage budgets andforecasts. 6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability toexplain complex billing issues in a clear and concise manner. 7.Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach toresolving issues. 8. Ability to work effectively both independentlyand as part of a team. 9. High level of discretion andconfidentiality, due to the sensitive nature of the informationhandled in this role.
