Billing Specialist Position Available In Hall, Georgia

Our client, a dynamic player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team. As a Billing Specialist, you will be part of the finance department supporting the billing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction, which will align successfully in the organization.

$22.00/hourly What’s the Job? Review and analyze carrier freight bills to ensure accuracy and resolve potential errors. Communicate with internal and external sources to resolve open tasks and maintain quality service levels. Facilitate the billing of orders to customers while ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized. Develop a working understanding of internal technologies required for daily functions. Partner with transportation providers to secure necessary documentation for customer billing. What’s Needed? At least 1 year of experience in audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, load planning, or transportation/logistics. Associate degree in Business or Transportation/Logistics, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to present organized and thorough information and data appropriate for the intended audience. What’s in it for me?
