PM Job Summary:
We are seeking a Specialist, Billing to join the team in Gainesville, GA. In this role, you will review and analyze freight bills, resolve billing discrepancies, and support customer invoice processes. Ideal candidates bring a strong background in logistics billing, accounts receivable, or auditing.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze freight bills and order billing. Proactively resolve duplicate billing and data issues. Communicate with internal teams and carriers to address outstanding tasks. Track billing cycle timelines and seek opportunities for efficiency. Ensure customer satisfaction is prioritized in all billing operations. Secure documentation required for billing and partner with logistics teams.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, audit, A/R, A/P, load planning, or logistics . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
Associate Degree in Business or Transportation/Logistics or relevant work experience. Experience in transportation billing or freight audit environments. #INDMSP
