Medical Billing Specialist Urology of Greater Atlanta, LLC 180 North Park Trail, Stockbridge, GA 30281 Job description

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve any billing discrepancies
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve billing issues

Skills:

Previous Insurance Billing Experience Required

• Proficient in medical billing and coding
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and documentation requirements
• Familiarity with insurance billing guidelines and reimbursement processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding and billing processes
• Ability to effectively & professionally communicate with healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and patients
