We need an experienced, knowledgeable professional to manage medical billing processes, review referrals and verify patients’ insurance and follow up with insurance companies.
Responsibilities:
Review EOBs and post payments. Review insurance statements and verify insurance coverage. Analyze financial statements to ensure accurate billing. Prepare bills for insurance companies and clients. Communicate with other medical professionals concerning patients’ financial information. Manage billing deadlines to ensure collection of funds in a timely manner. Review referrals and schedule patients. Follow governmental and medical industry regulations regarding medical billing.
