Full Job Description Medical Insurance Billing and Claims Full Time:
9-5 Verify insurance policy benefits for patients (primary, secondary and tertiary) Obtain Authorization / Precertification. Ensure insurance information and appropriate referrals are completely and accurately obtained. Complete and process original and re submission of claims for payers. Work and re-submit open claims Verify timely and accurate resolution of open insurance claims.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
: 1 year of medical business office experience or clerical setting which includes the medical claims adjudication process required. Able to effectively communicate with patients, providers, co-workers and insurance companies in a courteous manner. Detail oriented, prompt, efficient and accurate.
