What You’ll Do:

Ensure precise customer invoicing, commission payments, and product crediting Develop and deliver scheduled and ad hoc billing reports for leadership Investigate billing discrepancies; perform root cause and gap analysis Generate monthly commission reports and facilitate accurate ACH/check payments Reconcile premium and commission systems; support timely and accurate adjustments Act as a subject matter expert on billing projects and process improvement initiatives Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of group billing accounts Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and support operational excellence Track and present performance metrics to guide decision-making

What You’ll Bring:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Experience:

6+ years in billing, invoicing, or payroll cycle roles Advanced analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset Strong communication and collaboration abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems High attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently
