ShreveportBossierDental Job Description:

We are currently searching for a Dental Insurance and Billing Specialist to work in our Insurance and Billing Department. The successful candidates will be a team player, fast learner, reliable and have a positive attitude. Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.

Qualifications:

Insurance (Dental or Medical) experience. Processing and generating insurance billing from treatment charts. Review accounts for treatments requiring additional documentation. Adjust denied or rejected claims. Generate pre-authorizations from treatment. Knowledge of dental codes and have dental billing experience. PPO’s and coordination of benefits. Reading of explanation of benefits. Must be highly motivated, customer service driven and willing to work Monday- Thursday 8a-5p and Friday 8a-4p, starting at $17.00 an hour.
