LHRO Billing Specialist LA Health and Rehab, Inc. 2121 Wooddale Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA 70806 LA Health and Rehab Options, has an immediate opening for a Full Time Billing Specialist. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic candidate to add to our team. The Billing Specialist is primary in charge of performing support task to maintain a smooth billing operations. The billing special will provided administrative support to the Field Managers and Program Director.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Basic medical coding and third party operating procedures. Basic accounting knowledge, with accuracy with data entry. Preparing an submitting routing billing documentation. Ensuring billing is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Research and resolve billing discrepancies and inquires Assist in complying required billing documentation for quarterly audits. Additional duties as required by immediate supervisors.
Minimum Requirements:
Associate degree or Certification in Billing and Coding; 2 years of Billing or Accounting related experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organization skills. Willingness to accept new challenges and responsibilities. Willingness to work in a team environment and support other within the group when needed.
