Shift, Monday-Friday Responsibilities:

Manage customer contracts and ensure timely, accurate invoicing within the order processing system. Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, responding to billing needs and inquiries. Collaborate closely with sales and operations to ensure smooth billing processes. Monitor key metrics such as average days to invoice, unbilled contracts, and on-hold billing reports. Support team members to maintain service levels and workflow consistency. Assist the Accounts Receivable team with payment issues and customer billing resolutions.

Requirements:

Previous experience in high-volume corporate billing is required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
