To perform this job successfully, the individual must possess a great attitude, be organized and able to multi-task. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Qualifications:

2 years of customer service and billing experience Exceptional communication skills with all team members and customers Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Contribute to team effort Computer knowledge Heavy Microsoft Office experience is a must Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organization and planning

Responsibilities:
