What We’re Looking For Our growing accounting department is looking for a Billing Clerk to join our team. What We Offer Health, dental, vision Short-term and long-term disability Life insurance 401K Paid time off Responsibilities Cash Receipts Manages collection and reconciliation process for cash, checks and credit card receipts New & Used Retail Car Deals Posting of New & Used Car Deals Submission or follow up for any documents required for Contracts Wholesale Sales & Used Car Purchases Recording of wholesale vehicle sales & purchases Recording of used car purchases Process paperwork from the F&I Department. Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade- ins. Various billing duties including wholesale and dealer trades. Reconcile associated schedules. Process Dealer Trades, Pay off Used Carl Flooring and Electronic Funding Transactions (EFT’s). Previous automobile billing experience a plus Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone CDK knowledge a plus
