  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee various renovation projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate communication and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure accurate invoicing and financial tracking.
  • Anticipate project challenges and proactively develop solutions, demonstrating forward-thinking capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all project sites.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Weekly Payroll duties.
  • Additional duties may be required such as picking up samples, going by projects, or any other administrative duties.
  • Qualifications:
