Job Description
Medical Billing Specialist BMM Services LLC 131 Ashland Street, North Adams, MA 01247 Berkshire Medical Management is a medium-sized, local medical billing company that is seeking: A part time Medical Billing Specialist. Hours would be Monday – Friday 10am – 3pm. Employee is responsible for performing all functions associated with accounts receivable management for multi-specialty medical providers.
This includes:
The preparation and entry of charges. Customer service and account review. Insurance company contact. Working AR and collections. Adherence to strict confidentiality. Medical office experience preferred. General office experience
REQUIRED.
Good communication and computer skills
REQUIRED.
Ease with new software programs and internet navigation needed. Must have high attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently. Must be highly organized and have the ability to meet deadlines. Hours would Monday-Friday 10am – 3pm This position is 100% on site.
