Monday•Friday, 8 AM•4 PM Contract-to-Hire A growinglogistics company is seeking a Bookkeeper/Billing Specialist to join itsbusiness support team. The ideal candidate will have experience withQuickBooks, complex billing, and general accounting functions, includingaccounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This rolerequires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently,and excellent communication skills when interacting with clients andvendors. Responsibilities Process approximately 100 invoices per weekfrom start to finish using QuickBooks Follow up on overdue invoices andmanage collections efforts Handle check processing and manage bankreconciliations Record and reconcile general ledger entries Maintainorganized and accurate financial records and filing systems Support thepreparation of financial reports for senior management Assist in auditsby providing necessary financial documentation Communicate with clientsand vendors regarding accounts payable and receivable inquiries Ensureaccurate recording and reporting of financial transactionsQualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping experience 1+ year of experienceusing QuickBooks Strong knowledge of start-to-finish billing andaccounts payable Experience with account reconciliations and bookkeepingprinciples Understanding of general ledger accounting and financialreporting Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy andmeeting deadlines Professional and effective communication skills whenworking with clients and vendors
