Firm:

CFS is working with aprominent over 40 year old manufacturing company that also has aconstruction component to their business. They are seeking aBilling Coordinator to join their accounting team immediately Thisrole will be reporting into the Controller and will be supported bytheir team The position will be in office full time in theirMiddlesex, NJ office Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Reviewand prepare billing
  • Work with the Project Managers in collectingdata for the billing of their clients
  • Prepare summary of amountsearned, billed and collected to support final (retention) billings
  • File duplicate copies of billings and lien releases
  • Filephotocopies of checks received
  • Maintain job billing files
  • Respond to inquiries regarding billings Qualifications of theBilling Coordinator should include: Ideally 1 years of relevantbilling/AR experience at a construction or professional servicefirm with project billing Basic Excel skills required; experiencewith third party billing online systems is a major plus!
