Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing & Lease Operations Coordinator to manage customer billing, banking processes, lease terminations, vehicle maintenance approvals, and registrations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently

Responsibilities:
Customer Billing Banking and Lease funding Lease Terminations Assist with vehicle maintenance program & customer service Assist with vehicle registrations Assist with answering routine questions, furnish information and route calls to appropriate individuals. Work with accounting team on various projects
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in an administrative role. Experience in billing, lease operations, or a related administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with billing/lease management systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail Excellent problem-solving, decision-making skills and resourceful. Ability to handle high demand situations. Stable work history Like working in a small rapidly growing company with a lot of happy clients Resiliency, self-confidence and a great attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Network/Wheels or similar fleet management platforms. Knowledge of vehicle registration and leasing procedures. Prior experience in the automotive, leasing, or financial services industry.
